September 2005:

  • 12-Sep-2005:   FHS Genotyping status is available for genes on the Candidate Gene List.
  • 02-Sep-2005:   Our Sarcomere Protein Mutation Database has been updated with mutation reports collected from the literature. It now lists 417 hypertrophic cardiomyopathy mutations and 26 dilated cardiomyopathy mutations in eight genes.

  • 10-Mar-2005:   Component 8's SNP discovery pages have been updated with 523 newly-identified SNPs. New genes represented are GNAQ, KBTBD10, MAP2K1, NPR1, PIK3CD, PIK3R3, PLN, SOD1, TAZ, and TMOD4. Download this data for all SNPs in all genes as one single file:
