Phenotype-genotype association analysis results for SNPs in Beta 2 adrenergic receptor (ADRB2)

Each thumbnail image below illustrates the results of multiple phenotype/genotype association comparisons between echocardiographic phenotypes in Framingham Heart Study Offspring subjects and their SNP genotypes. The 8 x 18 grid on the left illustrates associations analyzed with a variety of samples, covariates, and inheritance models. The 6 x 6 grid on the right illustrates gene-environment interactions between six phenotypes and six environmental factors (covariates), using the general inheritance model.

The color of a cell indicates the strength of the association (see the color key) based on the P-value of the comparison. Grids are sorted by physical map position in the UCSC Golden Path hg16 freeze.

Click on a phenotype-genotype association grid to view detailed data and graphs for that SNP.
