About these arrays and data tables

The file title contains the type of transgenic mouse it is, the number of the mouse whose heart was used. The new algorithm files have a 5 before the .txt extension.

Zip files can be unzipped using freely available tools such as WinZip(PC) or Expander(Mac).

Use Affymetrix data, mas4.txt, or mas5.txt files (FVB_3m_1, FVB_3m_2, and FVB_3m_3) as normals for this experiment.
