The data quality standards have been improved to be more stringent. To match our new quality control criteria and be able to compare the PI3k experiment to newer datasets we have rerun the PI3k samples on the MgU74Av2 arrays with the new scanner settings. The old version can be downloaded upon request.
The file title contains the type of transgenic mouse it is, the number of the mouse whose heart was used which may be followed by a v2 to signify a MgU74Av2 array. The new algorithm files have a -m5 before the .txt extension, and the old algorithms have a -m4.
Zip files can be unzipped using
freely available tools such as WinZip(PC)
or StuffIt Expander (Mac).

* Due to the size of these files (~35MB), downloading is very slow.
