3 embryonic day 12.5 hearts were pooled, labeled and hybridized onto one array. The file title contains the experiment name, genotype, an arbitrary number that was assigned to each pooled sample, and an a or b at the end corresponding to which array type was used (Mu11kA or Mu11kB). The new algorithm files have a -m5 before the .txt extension, and the old algorithms have a -m4.
Zip files can be unzipped using
freely available tools such as WinZip(PC)
or Expander(Mac).
