These samples were taken from the non-infarcted region of the left ventricular free wall [NILV] (above the ligature), the corresponding region [LV] in Sham-operated mice, the infarcted region of the left ventricular free wall [ILV], or the corresponding region [LV2] in Sham-operated mice. The files names also contain information about the time point (1, 4, 24, or 48 hours [h], 1 week, and 8 weeks [w]), as well as the mouse ID number. Please refer to the web tutorial on Myocardial Infarction for further details about the experimental design.
All text files have been run with MicroArray Suite 5.0 (MAS5) with a target intensity of 500 for raw data analysis as recommended by Affymetrix.
Zip files can be unzipped using
freely available tools such as WinZip(PC)
or Expander(Mac).
