The file title contains the developmental stage, the number of the mouse whose heart was used (if multiple hearts were pooled, individual mouse numbers are separated by dashes "-"), and a suffix where needed to indicate male(M) or female(F) mice. The new algorithm files have a 5 before the .txt extension.
Zip files can be unzipped using
freely available tools such as WinZip(PC)
or Expander(Mac).
