Nine embryonic day 9.5 hearts were pooled, labeled and hybridized onto one array. The file title contains the experiment name, genotype, an arbitrary number that was assigned to each pooled sample, and an a or b at the end corresponding to which array type was used (Mu11kA or Mu11kB). There are only mas4.0 files generated for this experiment.
Zip files can be unzipped using
freely available tools such as WinZip(PC)
or Expander(Mac).
