Zip files can be unzipped using freely available tools such as WinZip(PC)
or StuffIt Expander(Mac).
The file title contains the timepoint after surgery and the number of the mouse whose heart was used. The new algorithm files have a 5 before the .txt extension. *.CEL files can be downloaded via our ftp site. Click for Aortic Banded or Sham CEL files.
Band=Aortic banding
Sham=chest opened surgically, but no banding of the aorta
